Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services offered by Visttora LLC, doing business as Visttora Houston ("Visttora", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Visttora operates an online directory of service businesses serving the Houston, TX area, and is part of the Visttora Directory Network. The Service allows users to browse listings, submit business listings, leave reviews on eligible listings, and contact businesses through lead forms.

2. Accounts

To submit a listing or leave a review you must create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

3. Listings & User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (business descriptions, photos, reviews, messages). By submitting content, you grant Visttora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on and through the Service for the purpose of operating the directory.

You agree NOT to submit content that:

• is false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive;
• infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or hateful;
• contains malware, scraping tools, or links to malicious sites;
• impersonates another person or business.

We may review, edit, refuse, or remove any listing or content at our sole discretion.

4. Premium Listings & Paid Plans

Premium Listing memberships are billed annually at the price displayed on our pricing page. Add-ons and upsells are billed on the schedule shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel future renewals at any time. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not scrape, copy, or republish the directory without written permission.
• Do not interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
• Do not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

6. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine first-hand experience. We may remove reviews that appear fake, incentivized, or that violate these Terms. Businesses may not solicit fraudulent reviews or offer compensation in exchange for positive reviews.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, consistent with our Peer-to-Peer (P2P) privacy commitments.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Visttora is a directory platform; we do not endorse, employ, or guarantee any business listed. Any transaction you enter into with a listed business is solely between you and that business.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visttora and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to Visttora in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Visttora LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
